Las actuaciones jurídicas que ofrece Fedit quedan divididas en tres fases, según el momento y la necesidad de implicación del equipo de profesionales:
1ª Fase.- Estudio previo: examen de documentación comunicaciones con el cliente y emisión de informe sencillo en el que se expondría la situación jurídica que afecta a la empresa y a las vías propuestas de actuación tanto en vía administrativa como en vía judicial. El informe se facilitará en un plazo no superior a 5 días desde que se tenga la totalidad de la documentación necesaria para el estudio.
2ª Fase.- Actuaciones en Fase Administrativa: representación del cliente ante la Administración, vista del expediente, formulación de alegaciones en trámite de audiencia o interposición de los recursos administrativos procedentes y en general, todas las actuaciones precisas en la Fase Administrativa contra la resolución o acto administrativo dictado por la Administración o organismo público.
3ª Fase.- Actuaciones en Fase Judicial: incluye toda la tramitación del proceso judicial en primera instancia y ante cualquier tribunal.
